Help Teaching Writing – Online Writing Tutorials August 18th, 2008

Time4Writing provides the hands-on writing tutorial help that can make such a difference to children.

Time4Writing has online writing courses that last eight weeks.  These provide one-on-one instruction. The students get detailed feedback from their teacher / tutor.  There are courses for students in upper elementary, middle school, and high school.  The courses are aimed at different levels of writing mastery at each level.

Since most of the courses are built around teacher-student direct interaction, most of the courses start every week!

The courses are online and require about two and half hours per week. They really help the kids’ writing. The feedback is provided the day after each assignment is turned in and the feedback is specific and useful. Courses cover building basic sentences, constructing logical paragraphs, to writing essays for standardized tests or college admissions

Start this semester by helping your children improve their writing.

And I quote….. For many students, learning to write well is difficult.
Time4Writing provides online 8 week writing courses that help students build writing skills. Students learn through one-on-one interaction with a certified teacher….Homeschool parents often find that teaching writing is difficult. They feel that the editorial process is subjective since, of course, there is no answer key. Writing courses provide the editorial feedback that helps students improve.
